Shipping Policy:
UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you. All deliveries are made on business days only, Mon.-Fri. We do not deliver on Sat. & Sun.

Return Policy:
Spectrum Bags will gladly replace any product that does not provide complete satisfaction. Return merchandise within 30 days. We'll issue a replacement product, a credit, or your money back.
